We are Waldviertlers at heart. Even though we have been living and working in the very center of Lower Austria for several years now, we have remained down-to-earth, close to nature, and determined (some say "stubborn").

The same applies to our home textiles. We only let genuine feel-good products into your bed. We guarantee that all Florella products are manufactured as sustainably and resource-efficiently as possible. Furthermore, we largely forgo polybag packaging for fitted sheets and bed linen and instead use FSC-certified cardboard packaging.

Our fitted sheets and bed linen are designed in Austria and manufactured by our partner companies according to Austrian standards. All our products are OEKO-TEX® certified. We are proud to also offer GOTS-certified home textiles. GOTS stands for Global Organic Textile Standard. For articles with this label, every single stage of the cotton used can be traced. We also emphasize our social competence and are members of BSCI (now Amfori). This network is committed to fair social conditions throughout the entire value chain worldwide.

It is important to us to show our customers how close we are to them, which is why we attach great importance to packaging all our parcels ourselves. Wherever possible, we avoid plastic and rely on sustainable raw materials throughout the entire packaging process.
